Presenting Lumos, our latest design!

We’re proud to release our newest icon design, Lumos! This new style brings together a lot of common elements into a delicious and eye-appealing design. Ever since releasing Nox, we’ve been wondering what our next creation would look like. As it turns out, it’s a culmination of a couple popular trends, all wrapped up into one complete package.

We’ve always been a fan of the curves that are seen on iOS device homescreens, so we’ve given this design a bold radius. If you have seen our previous icon packs, you’ll know that we love color. Big, bright color. That’s why we’ve decided to take a different approach this time. You’ll find a lovely subdued palette with a matte finish. We’re no longer screaming for your attention, with this design, but allowing your eyes to discover the crisp visuals naturally.

With Nox, we brought the long shadow into our designs. Suffice to say, we’re still in love with the concept. However, we have a taken a different approach to the design feature this time. What you’ll find is a more multi-dimensional, almost layered shadow. It also has a stronger gradient to give it a bit more of a unique appeal. All your favorite glyphs have returned as well as some unique enhancements made specifically for Lumos. We’re really excited for you all to see of the new designs that we’ve crafted.

    Very nice icons. Just picked mine up from the Play Store. I was wondering how to change specific icons in the app drawer? I am using Apex launcher and have no problem editing the icons on the home screen page but it doesn’t seem like there is a way to change them in the app drawer… Maybe another launcher would work? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    • You cannot change icons in Apex’s app drawer. To my knowledge, only Nova Launcher offers this as an option currently.

      • That’s odd… My icon pack is opposite that. Maybe we could compare code to see what the differences are?

    Absolutely beautiful. Thank you for the fantastic work here. I never thought I’d leave Tersus behind, but the matte finish and toned down colors of these icons are perfect.

  • I’m using Lumos on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Looks amazing, but I can’t seem to find a way to set the lock screen wallpaper as one of the included wallpapers. I tried the “save to my device” option but I can’t figure out where that actually saves to.

    • The wallpapers will be saved into a directory, within the DCIM directory, on your storage. Your gallery may not be updating its file list. To correct this, save all the wallpapers to your device and then reboot. Your gallery should now show the wallpapers.

      Because we are unable to set wallpapers to your lockscreen, you will need to set them via the gallery option.

      • Thanks, I found it in the DCIM directory. Not sure why it wouldn’t show up. Happily rocking it on my lock screen too. 🙂

    • Unfortunately, we do not have any alternative methods of purchase available at this time.

    • If you are using a custom launcher, which we support, then yes.

    I’m using this pack with the Unicon App cause I it love it THAT MUCH! Is there anyway that you can code icons for those apps that have regular and premium/plus versions, so that they don’t reset if the pack has been reapplied? as well as those apps that have more than one icon (i.e. Google Music… Phone… Speed Test)
